Bought one Troxel helmet previously for our other child in a local riding shop and paid a fortune for it. Glad to see Amazon had the same quality helmets at a much better price and it was shipped quickly. Also, had to contact the manufacturer with a few questions and they were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this product. I ride in the summer and my head gets really hot from any other helmet, but this one really cooled me down. A couple of weeks ago, I fell off the pony I am currently leasing, and I landed on my back. A little more of a bend to my back and I would have hit my head, but if I did, there wouldn't be much damage because I was wearing my helmet. I highly recomend Troxel because I trust them and I have learned through experience that if you want a helmet, buy a Troxel because the difference can cause you your life.
