When you like quality you never have to second guess when you buy Nikie .I mean I have never bought anything less than great from Nikie. The extra small is too small . I wear 3xl so a hoodie and sweats and it's full.It works but it's really to small for the gym for me. I'm also a 280lbs guy. The bag fits my size but I really need the medium to large .Big guys need bigger bags . Even if you dont use the extra space.This item shipped so fast. This bag will last for years.Im 6 feet ; the strap that goes over the shoulder to carry it fits great the bag comes down to my hip.Perfect length .Image is important to me gentlemen.At both ends the bag has compartments that zip . Inside the bag there is A water proof compartment . It's small. No trunks going in there so why bother.
