Summary: Outdoor/Indoor?
Comment: I like the look and feel of the ball, and with regard to outdoor play this ball is second to none. But as for indoor play this ball does not get the job done. I play 3-4 times a week at the YMCA in my home town, and this ball just does not bounce right on the hardwood. For indoor play I would suggest a Wilson evolution or game solution basketball. If you are playing mostly outside on the concrete this is the ball for you!

Summary: We were extremely disappointed in receiving the basketball because it was deflated. We had to call Spalding to receive a new one
Comment: We ordered a never deflated basketball and when it arrived to our home it was deflated. We were told that this is the way it comes. So, not only did we have to pay for the ball but also the shipping charges. We then called Spalding and explained what had happened with Amazon and they sent us a brand new basketball which WAS INFLATED, the way it supposed to have arrived.
So, my review is that YOU DID EXTEMELY POORLY FOR THIS PURCHASE and it is a waste of our money.

Comment: My friend has this basketball, and i use it ALL the time.The ball takes a LONG time to lose ANY pressure. if it does lose pressure you CAN reinflate it.you take out the stop with pliers and then pump air into it. YOU ARE A MORON IF YOU THINK THIS IS A BAD BASKETBALL!!!!!

Summary: Great ball, nice tacky surface
Comment: I got this ball as a Christmas present and love it. The ball is nice and tacky, feels almost as good as an indoor composite ball.
For the previous reviewer that could not figure out how to inflate it further, the air valve is not totally sealed, but stopped. You are able to fit a needle past the block and still inflate the ball. I received mine at about 8 PSI which is a little low to my likings. I inflated it to 9 PSI and it feels great now.
