Summary: Customer Service is Top Notch
Comment: Upon receiving this special photo-in-a-dartboard, it ended up being a conventional one, not one that a photo could be inserted. When calling the company, they immediately responded by sending out the correct dartboard and told me to keep the first one they sent. Not having to repackage and mail the wrong one back, and getting the right one sent out right away is a sign of top notch customer service; I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another item from this company.
