In the tradition of Boys in the Band and with a nod to Love, Valour, and Compassion, director Rob Williams s latest film is a humorous but sensitive and certainly unforgettable romp around a gay man's unforgettable weekend.
Long-term couple Simon and Jason, along with daddy-ish Cooper and his boy du jour, meet annually for a three-day weekend away from their hectic city lives. Looking to spice up this long-standing tradition, they add a special twist to this year s retreat -- each of them must invite one attractive single friend to their mountain getaway. Arriving are a frisky former college roommate, a constantly naked yoga instructor, Jason s uptight co-worker and a high-priced rent boy who do indeed stir up the weekend. But this combination of new and old friends creates more tension than anyone anticipated. After 72 hours and multiple sexual couplings, new relationships form while others are cast onto shaky ground.
With the popular Long-Term Relationship and Back Soon under his directorial belt, Rob Williams continues to show that he can deliver honest dialogue, appealing actors and enough drama to faithfully please his devoted fan base while still encouraging a new group of supporters to enjoy the show!

Comment: I thought this was a well done film, the music wasn't the greatest, but I felt that the actors tried to do the best with their parts. Each character brings you into the story and that is what is important! Take the time and give this one a chance!!

Summary: Not a bad way to spend a long weekend.
Comment: I had read good reviews of the movie from here and other places and decided to take the chance and buy it. Am glad I did! I enjoyed the movie a lot. It deals with a number of different relationships in various stages. (You can read the other reviews to get more details of the plot). The script is pretty well written with dealing with the intracacies of the relationships, whether starting or ending. The acting is quite good too. They all do a good job of bringing realism to the characters. Plus the cinematgraphy is good too. Plus the house they're shooting in is great- would love to stay there with the boys too!
Definately a movie worth renting or buying.

Comment: The (Three day Weekend) was excellent, it was a group of thee gay friends that meet at a cabin get away for the weekend but they all each have to bring a new friend a long, and then things really heat up.. The boyfriends have a hard time staying faithful. It is an execellent movie Enjoy.....

who is amos lassen, and how does he rate items before the dvd is released.
i have bought several items based on his recommedations.
all of them have been glowing 5 * reviews, but when you get the
dvd that is released to the public, it seems that at least 20% of the
movie that he describes is not in the on the dvd.
i won't be buying anything he reviews glowingly until i see a few more
opinons, or i can rent it first
Sad, but somewhere the movies he is seeing and what is released is
just not the same. NOW on to the movie i received ,++Yes this is sterotypcial, good guys and not so good guys, but remember, the wrong thing about being ""gay"" is we love MEN, and that makes it
hard to be with one person only
