Comment: I love the way Amazon got both the DVD and the Book, "Being Beautiful"
out to me so very promptly. I haven't had time to look at them yet. I
bought other books from you too. I know I bought "You- The Owner's
Manual," "The Real Age Makeover," "The Real Age Workout" and "The Real
Age Diet," Which was stolen from me when I was working! So far I have
read two, "You-The Owner's Manual" and "The Real Age Makeover". Both
Good bookS from a good company-Amazon!

Comment: I have owned and used this DVD for three weeks and it is truly transforming my whole body even my squishy post-child bearing body and I have been out of the gym for five years. Is running after two children exercise? Well that has been the extent of it and this DVD is changing that. I can do the workouts in my pajamas and no shoes at anytime of day. After only three weeks I received compliments on my arms in a sleveless dress over Thanksgiving weekend in Key West. Whooo-hooo. I highly recommned this DVD for all shapes and sizes and fitness levels. Joel's instruction is fun and motivating too.
