Comment: I had so much fun watching my grandson who is 16 months riding this toy. It was so easy for him to climb on and take off right away. Because of the caster wheel construction, he didn't need any help maneuvering around. The best part is that it collapses in a second and is totally portable. I highly recommend this toy.
