Customer Rating:      Summary: terrific product and an excellent company! Comment: My friend ordered this for me, but I never got it. I called UPS, who said they delivered the package, and told me that Philosophy could initiate a trace on it to find out what happened. When I called Philosophy, the customer service agent said, "Sure, we can trace your package, but let's get a replacement out to you first."
Get me my goodies first? Excellent!
Two days later, my package arrived and the products are so delicious (smelling) that the whole experience -- one that could have been problematic and stressful -- ended up putting a huge smile on my face.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for superior products and amazing service!
